Addison’s disease typically presents with cortisol and aldosterone deficiency leading to hypotension, hyponatremia, and may cause fasting hypoglycemia. Serum calcium, however, is often normal or mildly elevated—hypercalcaemia has been repeatedly documented—so hypocalcaemia is not a recognized feature [Mosca 2021, PMID 33747659; Muls 1982, PMID 6819071].
