Ectodermal dysplasias—especially the hypohidrotic form—feature absent or markedly reduced sweat glands, leading to heat intolerance and episodes of hyperpyrexia; they also produce characteristic facies with frontal bossing and thick, everted (protuberant) lips [Park et al., 1999, PMID 10063212; Albeik et al., 2023, PMID 36923780]. Hence all the findings listed (A–C) may be seen, making “Any of the above” the single best choice.
