B

Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma is usually EBV-negative, unlike the other entities listed, which are characteristically driven by or strongly associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection (NK/T-cell lymphoma nasal type ~99% EBV-positive [He, 2007, PMID 17493382]; plasmablastic lymphoma frequently EBV-positive, especially in HIV patients [Vega, 2005, PMID 15578069]; lymphomatoid granulomatosis is an EBV-driven B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder [Roschewski, 2012, PMID 23006954]). Studies show no EBV genomes or LMP-1 expression in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma cases [Boiocchi, 1992, PMID 1327078; Delsol, 1998, PMID 9781148], making option B the exception.
