Shovel-shaped incisors are a hallmark of Mongoloid/Asian dentitions, whereas they occur far less often in people of African ancestry; African dentitions are characterized mainly by broad molar cusps, not deep shovel-shaped incisors (Kharat 1990, PMID 2212205; Hsu 1999, PMID 10217019).
The other statements match known population traits—frequent agenesis of the upper third molar in Mongoloids, a high prevalence of Carabelli’s cusp in Caucasoids, and prominent lingual/labial ridges in Mongoloid incisors (Njemirovskij 1999, PMID 10646241).
