Examples of the genPortraits

Here you can view the genome portrait of genome sequences taken from the KEGG database.

You can change the size of a portrait (i.e. the length of the oligonucleotides) by clicking ">>larger" or ">>smaller". The default size is 7. The size can be changed from 3 to 9.
You can change the color scale by clicking one of the small four portraits: HSV, JET, COOL, SPRING from left to right. The default color scale is HSV.
