Predict Home Genomes Computational Methods Predict Team


PrFEcT-Predict is a comprehensive database of computational resources for multiple proteomes (Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655, Citrobacter rodentium ICC168, Salmonella enterica subsp enterica serovar Typhimurium str 14028S, Escherichia coli O127-H6 str E234869 and Escherichia coli O157-H7 EDL933) that includes 3D structure models, secondary structure predictions, disordered regions, and predicted functions. 3D structure models are computed by MODBASE, FAMSBASE, GTOP and SPARKS, secondary structure are predicted by PSIPRED, and disorder regions are predicted by DisEMBL. Function prediction is performed by PFP and ESG. In addition, the quality of the 3D structure models are assessed by ERRAT, Verify3D, ANOLEA and Procheck.
