Filters

• Errat Filter: Errat score indicates the pecentage of residues in the correct protein structures which have a error score lower than the one obtained (the lower the better). Enter values between 0 and 100 to select models within the specified Errat score range.
• Verify3D Filter: Verify3D score is the average statistical preference score of all the residues in the structural model. Larger scores indicate better models. Enter values between -50 and 50 to select models within the specified Verify3D score range
